Starfire Sports will offer financial assistance, to the extent possible, to those in need. If you are unable to afford the full cost of any Starfire Sports program, please download a confidential financial assistance application, then return it along with the required forms listed below to:

To process an application Starfire Sports requires that each applicant submit the following items:

• Confidential Financial Assistance Application
• Copy of last year's tax returns
• Copy of current pay stub, social security check or disability check

Once all required forms are submitted, the applicant will receive a response within 14 days. If the applicant qualifies for financial assistance Starfire will then take down all necessary information and register the player for the desired class. If that class is full*, every effort will be made to find an alternative.
